We had a lot of fun in the snow this week! Recess for many students involved digging, exploring, and building wonderful snowy masterpieces. As always, we continue to remind students that snow needs to stay on the ground to help keep everyone safe.

Students have also been working hard practicing their winter songs and instruments for the upcoming grades K–3 Winter Concert on December 11. The excitement is definitely building!

Thank you to everyone who attended our parent-teacher conferences. It was wonderful to see such a strong turnout and to have the opportunity to share the growth, progress, and celebrations of our students.

As we welcome December next week, we look forward to a month filled with special activities, including:

  • Our annual Gingerbread House Decorating Evening
  • The Winter Concert
  • Grade 6 vaccinations for families who have provided consent
  • Papa John’s Fun Lunch
  • A visit from Sandra Manyfeathers
  • Several festive spirit days, such as holiday socks, green-and-red day, and pajama day

It’s shaping up to be a busy but joyful month, and we’re excited to share these experiences with our students and families.
