We had a fantastic first week of school filled with excitement and energy! Our teachers are already enjoying getting to know their students and are looking forward to an amazing year ahead.
Last week, we sent home important information about attendance. Please take a moment to review the message from Mrs. Clark as well as the attendance form your child brought home on Friday.
We’re excited to share that this school year is packed with fun and engaging events, including:
- Division One swimming lessons in March
- Grade 6 outdoor camp in October
- School dances and concerts
- Our First School Council Meeting on September 9 at 6pm
To kick things off, School Council will be hosting a Welcome Back Pancake Breakfast and we will have our annual Meet the Teacher event. We hope to see you there!
A few important reminders to help keep everyone safe:
- Please park on the road when dropping off or picking up your child. Do not use the staff parking lot, as it is reserved for staff and helps ensure student safety.
- All visitors must check in at the office when entering the school.
- If your child takes the bus and will not be taking it, please do inform the bus company or the school.
We’re excited to reconnect with returning families and warmly welcome those who are new to our school community. It’s going to be a fantastic year!
